PGPEX Placement Report – 7th Batch
Placement for this 7th Batch PGPEX (Post Graduate Program for Executives) was significantly good, in understanding the continuing softness of the job market for the senior level hires. The season saw 45 students participating in the placement program and all were successfully placed out of the Batch size of 50 students. Two of them chose to revert back to their parent organization and another two chose not to take the placement facility due to personal reasons. We also had 1 foreign placement this year as compared to 2 from last year. The sectors in which students got offers include Operations /Project /Program Management, IT Consulting, Sales/Marketing, Infrastructure/Real Estate, Automotive, Analytics, FMCG, and General Management. The roles offered to PGPEX students ranged from mid to senior level with designations like Vice President, Senior Project Manager, Senior Program Manager, Associate Program Manager, Senior Manager -Strategy, Senior Manager -Retail Marketing, Manager - Analytics, Senior Manager-Legal and Business Development Manager.
