Programme Overview
India’s FinTech sector is poised to generate nearly $190 billion in annual revenues by 2030, driven by rapid digital adoption, regulatory reforms, and technological innovation. This transformation is reshaping the Indian financial ecosystem and aligning it with global standards. In this era of disruption, leaders in the financial sector must not only understand finance but also harness the transformative power of technology to remain competitive.
The Advanced Management Programme in FinTech and AI Applications (AMPFAI) offered by IIM Calcutta in collaboration with TalentSprint, is India’s longest-running and most prestigious FinTech-focused executive programme. Since 2019, it has built a thriving community of over 750 professionals from 170+ organizations across banking, consulting, technology, and financial services. Alumni represent leading institutions such as PwC, Deloitte, Deutsche Bank, NPCI, EY, Oracle, Paytm, Standard Chartered, HSBC, Barclays, ICICI Bank, Infosys, and many more.
