We are thrilled to announce ACE: Alumni Connect Event 2025, our gathering for all Executive Education Alumni, scheduled to take place at the Institute on December 13th and 14th, 2025.

As the pioneers of long-duration blended programmes in India, IIM Calcutta has seen its Executive Education Alumni community grow significantly over the past two decades. ACE 2025 offers a wonderful opportunity for you to return to campus, revisit your programme days and network with fellow alumni. This event will provide us with a special chance to reconnect and hear about your personal and professional journeys.

Registration Charges:

  • Participation fee (without Accommodation): INR 3540
  • Participation fee (with Accommodation at MDC on twin sharing basis): INR 6490
  • Participation fee (with Accommodation at MDC on single occupancy basis): INR 8850

All the above charges are inclusive of GST @18%

Check-in: 13th December, pre-noon (after 10.00 am)
Check-out: 14th December, by 2.00 pm

Limited on campus accommodation is available.

Due to capacity constraints, we are unable to provide accommodation for accompanying family or friends.

Please register in advance. To ensure a smooth experience for all participants, walk-in registrations will not be entertained. Accommodation will be allotted on a first-registered-first-served basis. The Executive Education Office will confirm your registration and accommodation details within three working days of receiving your completed registration.
