This refers to your summer internship program and its evaluation process. Please click on the link below to fill up the form: https://iimcal.ac.in/summer-internship-form
The following points should be kept in mind while filling up the form:
- Please fill up the form in normal fonts. Use block letters in the first alphabet only.
- In the 'Details of your Guide' section:- Mention the full name of your guide. Do not forget to put a space between your guide's name and surname. Write only the OFFICIAL EMAIL ID of the guide. Evaluation from any personal ID (such as gmail, yahoo, etc.) will not be accepted. (Please ensure that you are putting correct mail ID otherwise your guide will not receive the COMPULSORY evaluation form).
- We need you to provide the contact details of your point of contact in HR in 'Details of your HR' section.
You are requested to follow up with your Guide/HR(who ever is your evaluator) after submitting the form. In case he/she does not receive the mail, please write to me at aruplk@iimcal.ac.in mentioning your full name and registration number.
To complete the evaluation process, please follow up with your evaluator so that he/she submits the evaluation form after your internship is completed. In the absence of such evaluation from companies, you will not be able to complete your academic requirements.
A brief detail of the process flow is given below for your understanding:
- Your evaluator will get an automated mail as soon as you submit the form.
- He/she has to click on the 'Confirm' tab given in the mail to confirm your internship.
- As soon as he/she confirms the same, he/she will get the second email with the link of the evaluation form which has to be filled up and submitted.
**Please note that this is a mandatory requirement and no hard copies of evaluation report will be accepted.
