Programme Overview
This program aims to provide an exposure to the managerial skillset blended with technical acumen in the context of pharmaceutical sector of India and rest of the world. India holds a prominent global position in the pharmaceutical industry, often recognized as the "Pharmacy of the World”. The nation ranks third globally in pharmaceutical production by volume and fourteenth by value. Thus, India has a massive growth potential to offer for the aspiring pharma professionals, globally. This program is curated to smoothen the transition for an experienced professional to the next level while generating understanding of different interrelated functions of pharma business and acquiring desired managerial skillset to deal with those.
In particular, the program is designed for mid-level industry professionals (ideal for someone with 7 - 10 years of work experience) aspiring to step forward to the decision-making positions of a pharma company. Further, this program will also be relevant for those who are looking for a switch to pharma industry at mid or top management position. The participants in this program will be exposed to the nuances of managerial functions and how they are relevant in the context of pharmaceutical sector.
