Shri Bisaria is an Indian diplomat who is currently the High Commissioner of India to Pakistan. Earlier he served as the Private Secretary to the Prime Minister of India. He was India’s Ambassador to Poland, based in Warsaw, with concurrent accreditation to Lithuania from January 2015 to November, 2017.He is well known for forging strong partnerships on assignments with other countries and deepening India’s cultural footprint, has also served as India’s representative in the Warsaw-based Community of Democracies.
