About the Club

Born from the legendary spirit of Late Malli Mastan Babu, an IIM Calcutta alumnus and the first South Asian to scale the highest peaks on all seven continents in record time, Armageddon stands as a tribute to his fearless pursuit of the extraordinary.

At Armageddon, adventure is more than just an adrenaline rush - it's a way of life. The club encourages students to step out of classrooms and comfort zones, to challenge their limits, and to discover the strength, resilience, and camaraderie that lie beyond the academic grind.

From grueling treks to thrilling expeditions, every event is crafted to push boundaries, testing not just physical endurance but also mental grit and teamwork. But more importantly, Armageddon brings people together. It offers a space where future leaders unplug, connect with nature, forge lasting bonds, and rediscover who they are — outside the spreadsheet, beyond the case study.

Key Activities

Paintball
Building on the strong momentum of previous editions, Armageddon hosts Paintball. Student enthusiasm this year runs even higher than last year, with over 300 students registering for the event and all available slots getting filled. Many additional students express interest, but participation is limited by capacity constraints.

Joka Strongman & Zorb Fight
A flagship attraction of the 7LF Fest, Armageddon's Joka Strongman & Zorb Fight features rope climbing, parallel rope activities, a zip line, and a tug-of-war competition. Students eagerly compete for the prestigious title of Joka Roadies.

Sundarban Trip
Armageddon organizes a one-night, two-day trip to the Sundarbans, offering students the chance to experience a night safari, bird watching, mud walks, a visit to the national park, and a bonfire.

Sikkim Trip
Responding to the growing enthusiasm for travel and adventure among students, Armageddon organizes a trip to the scenic landscapes of Sikkim, with Darjeeling woven into the itinerary as part of the journey. The trip includes sightseeing, treks, cultural experiences, and visits to popular attractions, offering students an unforgettable experience and lasting memories.

Travel Vlog Writing Competition
Armageddon hosts a Travel Vlog Writing Competition, inviting students to creatively document and share their travel experiences, with cash prizes awarded to the winning entries.

Water Park Trip
Armageddon organizes a one-day trip to Nicco Park, with round-trip transportation provided directly from the college.

Eco Park Trip
Armageddon organizes a one-day trip to Eco Park, with round-trip transportation provided directly from the college.

International Graduation Trip
Following the success of last year's first-ever international graduation trip to Vietnam, Armageddon organizes another overseas trip for graduating students. The experience offers a blend of cultural exploration, sightseeing, and adventure activities, creating memorable experiences and providing valuable global exposure.
