Programme Overview

Globally industries are witnessing a transformation from the 'digital and AI' shift, a shift that is as palpable in its consequences for business performance and talent as it is difficult to specify. Beginning from finance to manufacturing, from entertainment to education, from IT to agriculture, AI-led digital innovations has transformed over both the operations, as well as, the product and services. We expect that, while technical capabilities would remain to be core components of such a reskilling, it would also involve a review of traditional managerial competencies. Digital and AI enablement initiatives will require firms to nurture business leaders who can sense, think, craft, and act upon digital and AI strategies. It is towards this need for techno-managerial reskilling that the Advanced Programme on Digital Business Leadership seeks to contribute.
