Programme Overview

AI is no longer a “technology intervention”; it is a strategic imperative. AI therefore empowers management with a capability that reshapes how organizations compete, decide, and execute. This course helps managers cut through hype and build a practical strategic lens for AI: ‘where’ it creates value, ‘what’ to plan and identify as use cases, and ‘how’ to orchestrate investments, partners, and organizational change. More importantly, participants will also be able to recognize reasons for failing AI projects and barriers to successful AI. You will learn to spot AI-washing, translate business problems into AI opportunities, and design workflows where humans and AI work together to improve speed, quality, and customer outcomes.

The course emphasizes leadership choices over algorithms, as AI is positoned as a strategic enabler rather than as an algorithmic resource. The course shall underscore the importance of trustworthy AI, governance that enables innovation, and scaling from pilots to enterprise impact. Through cases, frameworks, and hands-on managerial exercises, participants will leave with an actionable playbook for deploying GenAI and emerging agentic AI responsibly—while strengthening competitive advantage, resilience, and long-term organizational learning. Join this program and learn to enhance decision-making, automate processes, build capabilities, and strategically plan the AI roadmap for your organization, both responsibly and ethically.
