Programme Overview

People working in an organization show varying degrees of their interpersonal interactions with other people, with colleagues in particular. Although this is primarily a manifestation of their personalities, how people may interact is also partly decided by how the organization is structured. It is known that the structure in which one works has a huge impact on shaping the behaviour of the individual in the organization. Modern tools and techniques dealing with social networks analytics can relate a person’s behavior and decision making traits with the network of interactions of people around him. Simply by drawing insights from the network of interactions of people, this programme delves into this subject in order to avoid common blunders and also not to miss certain commonly ignored opportunities by those playing managerial roles in an organization.
