Tender for "Digital Academic Platform (DAP) for Synchronous Online Delivery of Classes".
Online tenders are invited for providing a digital academic platform (DAP) to support the transition of regular classroom sessions, in-class seminars to a synchronous online mode. Faculty will be delivering lectures online in real time from their workstations to students stationed across the country according to a timetable prepared in advance by the MBA and MBAEx office. In addition, the DAP must provide the capability to organize interaction sessions among the faculty and the students outside of the classroom.
The DAP should offer a single sign-in to a learning management system to enable students to attend live sessions using an integrated video conferencing solution, access course materials, and submit assignments/projects as uploaded by instructors/teaching assistants. The DAP should be able to support close to 1000 students and faculty members, and approximately 100 courses with system concurrency requirements of at least 15 simultaneous sessions.
