Vini Mahajan is the Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Housing & Urban Development, Government of Punjab. In addition to her current responsibilities, she also holds the charge of ACS of the Departments of Industries & Commerce, IT and Investment Promotion, since August 2018. An Economics graduate from Lady Shri Ram College, she completed her MBA from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta in the year 1987 and joined the Indian Administrative Service in the same year. She also was a Hubert Humphrey fellow based at American University in Washington DC. During her term as Additional Chief Secretary of the Department of Revenue, Rehabilitation & Disaster Management, Punjab became the first state in the country to roll out the National Generic Document Registration System. Many other IT initiatives were also started, including an online Revenue Court Management System. Prior to such innovative measures,she was ACS/ Principal Secretary of the Department of Health and Family Welfare since April 2012 and concurrently served as Principal Secretary Department of Medical Education and Research.

A leading first generation entrepreneur, Sumant Sinha is the Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of ReNew Power – India’s largest clean energy company. Sumant founded ReNew Power in January 2011, starting with a small wind project of 25 MW in Gujarat and a vision to transform the way energy is produced and consumed in India. Since then, under his leadership, ReNew Power has grown exponentially to emerge as India’s largest renewable power producer with nearly 8,000 MW of commissioned and under-construction, wind and solar capacity, spanning more than 100 sites across India. As an expert on economic policy and climate change, he speaks extensively at global platforms, such as the World Economic Forum and forums organized by the Financial Times, Fortune, and top global universities. A sought after columnist and commentator, Sumant has authored more than 100 articles in leading global and Indian publications.

Ganesh is a successful serial entrepreneur with four successful Greenfield Ventures and Exits. He currently runs GrowthStory.in, a leading venture builder platform that promotes and incubates 10 new ventures along with great entrepreneurs. He comes from a humble background including a government school education. He ventured into entrepreneurship in 1990 when the concept of first generation professionals turning into entrepreneurs was very rare. He served as Member, Board of Governors of the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and was founder director at IIM Calcutta Innovation Park & Incubation cell.

Dr Gita V. Johar is an internationally reputed academic with numerous publications in prestigious journals. She has been on the faculty of Columbia Business School (CBS) since 1992 and has held several leadership positions at the school. She is currently the Vice Dean for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and the Meyer Feldberg Professor of Business. Her research expertise is in consumer psychology, focusing on how consumers react to marketing efforts such as advertising, promotions and sponsorship. She has served as the editor of the premier academic journal, the Journal of Consumer Research and currently serves as associate editor of the Journal of Marketing and is co-editing a special issue of the journal on “Better Marketing for a Better World.”

Srikar is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Member of the Board of Directors of Sonata Software Limited. Associated with Sonata Software since 1986, his role was instrumental in building Sonata into a credible IT services partner. He took charge as Managing Director and CEO of the company in February 2012 with a vision to build an organization of empowered people and create value for clients. He is actively involved with NASSCOM and CII, and has been the Chairperson of the Regional NASSCOM Council. He has been the Speaker at WEF and NASSCOM events.

With his dynamic spirit and leadership abilities, Sunil became the V.P. and SBU Head of the Family Products Division of Dabur India Pvt. Ltd. He was appointed as Director Sales and Marketing of Dabur India Ltd., in July 2000, and two years later, he became the CEO of the company. Sunil has also been instrumental in driving Dabur’s foray into the overseas market. Spanning a career of over 20 years, Sunil has travelled widely across India and handled diverse portfolios that have helped him understand the dynamics of FMCG businesses and market trends. He is well-versed in the intricacies of India’s regional diversities and consumer needs.

Sanjiv Aiyar is the Founder & CEO of ApKar Consulting – a Strategy Consulting Company. He is an accomplished technology and telecommunication business leader with 39 years of Global experience in Technology and Telecom and has successfully managed multi-geography, multi-portfolio P&Ls. He is the President of the Pan IIM Alumni community in Singapore, a community which is responsible for recording the largest single city presence of IIM Alumni outside of India. He has been in this role right from the start of the journey, which began more than 15 years ago. Sanjiv was on the Board of IIM Calcutta Innovation Park since its inception and served until 2018.
