Our country needs business-oriented thinkers and Visionary leaders to take its Manufacturing sector to new heights.
The PGPEX-VLM program aims to achieve this objective by creation of bright and insightful business leaders through peer-to-peer learning and manufacturing industry exposure. With this vision, a class of 40 individuals was carefully handpicked to create a batch of youthful, aspirational, business savvy & manufacturing domain savvy individuals. The batch displays immense diversity comprising of industry professionals from various manufacturing & allied sectors like Automobiles, Energy & Power, Oil & Gas, Consulting, Green Manufacturing, Consumer durables, Metals and Mining and a lot more.
To add to this, the cohort embodies rich Gender Diversity with 23% Female representation and an impactful footprint in terms of international exposure with 20% cohort having work experience abroad.
The cohort isn’t limited to academic and professional successes only, the batch brings in extra-curricular talents in the form of sportsmen, artists, writers, content creators, humanitarian volunteers, photographers, adventure enthusiasts, dancers, and many more.
