Leadership Talk

The MBAEx curriculum has been active with a special feature of the programme – the Leadership Lecture series. Industry / Corporate / Social Leaders are invited to share sessions with the students. Interactions from the industry stalwarts enable the students to gain valuable knowledge, insights, and expertise during these interactive sessions and they also learn an “immense wealth of experience and wisdom” from the guest speakers.

He currently focusses on strengthening cyber security posture of clients in BFSI sector, primarily in FinTech and NBFC space.
	Vishal Mehta	Managing Director (Deloitte)	Vishal Mehta leads AI and Data Strategy initiatives across industries such as energy, mining, chemicals, and infrastructure, helping organizations unlock business value, enhance efficiency, and build sustainable, future-ready models. His global experience spans leadership roles at Deloitte, Worley, and Reliance, where he spearheaded digital transformations and AI-driven solutions.
	Sujith Abraham	Senior Vice President and General Manager (Salesforce)	Sujith Abraham most recently served as SVP & GM at Salesforce, leading multi-country operations and empowering teams to deliver meaningful business impact. Prior to that, Sujith spent two decades at Oracle, including as SVP of MarTech, where he shaped global go-to-market models and scaled high-performing teams. With deep expertise spanning enterprise technology, strategy, and venture investments.
	Tarun Aggarwal	Global Business Head (HCL Tech)	Tarun Aggarwal has over 25 years of leadership experience spanning IT services, ed-tech, online recruitment, and media. He has been at the forefront of digital transformation and innovation. At HCLTech, he leads the charge in leveraging generative AI and data analytics to reshape customer engagement and business growth.

	Ashish Banka	Global Lead - Talent Acquisition and HRBP (Cradlewise)	Ashish Banka founded HR Sampark in 2017 and manages 1000 HR leaders of India as a philanthropic idea to give opportunity to HR Professionals to showcase their skills. He was also associated with Reliance Industries Group for 3 years with each - Reliance JIO and JIO Mart, being the core Team Member to set up the Talent Acquisition Department and reporting to CXO. He was also associated with Voltas Limited (A Tata Group Enterprise) for 2 years. with their EPC and DPG verticals to support their HR Functions and support the Greenfield Initiative within the group.

	Rajesh Ray	Senior Managing Director (INNOVERV)	Rajesh is an expert in Business Transformation, Sustainability, Supply Chain, Process Consulting and SAP. HIs Industry experience is in Manufacturing and Consumer Goods. In last five years he had mainly played advisory roles in terms of creating transformation roadmap, building business case, sustainability and supply chain process maturity assessment, SAP S4 Clean Core strategy etc. He had worked seven years and 22 years in SAP Consulting and IBM Consulting prior to joining his current organization INNOVERV.
	Prof. Rohit Negi	Associate Professor (IIM Calcutta)-Moderator	Prof. Rohit's interests are at the intersections of Urban and Environmental Planning, and Science and Technology Studies. His work, building on these interests, spans diverse geographies and themes, including mining towns in Southern Africa, air quality and atmospheric studies in the Delhi region, and tourism and changing built environments in Himalayan towns.
